Bad sizing/not as pictured October 18, 2008

I ordered this in my normal size (per the Barrie sizing chart). The blouse, however, was huge and approximately two sizes too large and the collar stood up too far (not at all as it was pictured). I sent it back and in light of these issues, I requested a refund (in writing) on my shiping charges. Barrie Pace didnot grant me a refund nor did they even acknowledge my request. I will not order from them again.
