The FIVE DYSFUNCTIONS of a TEAM November 14, 2008 This product is advertised as a "workbook" and it is a 4 page "assessment". I paid $12.98 for a test! Would be a nice addition to the book/with the book~NOT alone for the price! I returned this item!
Don't waste your money on this one... November 11, 2008 For $17.95, I was expecting a real workbook, not a trifold pamphlet. Based on the description, I was looking for a tool to be used by the team. I should have read the reviews instead of the description. I won't make that mistake again.
Helpful Addition to the Five Dysfunctions Book May 2, 2008 2 out of 4 found this review helpful
This assessment should be a required development exercise for all teams. We read The Five Dysfunctions of a Team and wanted to implement the concepts in our group, but we were not sure where to start - this was a great tool for triggering dialogue around critical issues!
Major Disappointment April 10, 2008 6 out of 7 found this review helpful
This is a big disappointment. Shame on me too for not reading the reviews first. It's a piece of paper...I have never felt so cheated after ordering ANYTHING else online and it's so sad to say that it was something purchased through Amazon and that it is associated with 'The Five Dysfunctions' books because I have been very happy with all of the other products. Save your money. These books are in large part about building trust within your teams, yet if they see you have squandered away funds on such a useless piece of paper...well...you'll have some explaining to do.
Waste of money March 3, 2008 11 out of 11 found this review helpful
Great book; however, this is not the book. This is one piece of paper. Worth maybe $2.00, not the price listed. It is a real shame that this book is paired with this product. If you buy this, you will feel like you have had money stolen from you. When I purchased this for my company, I did not read the reviews....shame on me.
