Halal Gyro Meat Cooked and Sliced. Just Heat and Serve. Made from Beef Meat. Contains bread crumbs. Made in the USA. Heating Instructions: Place gyro slices on a pre-heated grill (pan). The gyro meat is terrific, but the shipping procedure needs improvement. Box shipped via FedX arrived UN-marked as 'perishable item', so was left outside. I was expecting dry ice, but they used frozen packs, which by the time the box arrived from 4 states away, were melted, and just barely cold. The meat was almost thawed.
