After suffering for months with extreme pain this product began to work immediately. After only one night the pain in my foot/heel was decreased. I am not suggesting that this is an overnight solution, however it began to work immediately. If for some reason I do not wear this product at night I "pay" for it the next day. I make every effort to use this product daily with much success. As strange as it may sound I look forward to wearing it at night, knowing the relief I will have by morning.
