The Basics nonstick collection from Baker's Secret provides straightforward, essential baking pans for the home cook. This eight-inch round Basics pan is durably constructed of two-ply steel, fortified with ETP (electro-tin plating) for rust-resistance, and coated with a proprietary silicone-based nonstick finish so that cakes slide out easily. Casseroles brown nicely, too, thanks to the dark gray color chosen for the finish. Oven-safe up to 400 degrees F, Baker's Secret Basics are now safe for use with metal spatulas and for dishwasher-cleaning. Super non-stick cake pans that make your cake super high!! November 16, 2008
I like these 8" pans much better than the 9" pans because they make the cake higher and that is more pleasing to the eye...looks more like a cake from a bakery. The non-stick is super and Bakers Secret is always of the highest quality. I have pieces that are 10 years old and are still going strong! BUY IT!
8-inch baking pans April 29, 2008
Again, I was unable to find this item in any store. Finally, I found it online. They work great and my family feels like a 3-layer cake is "more" than a 2-layer cake!

These pans are basic, non-stick cake pans. They are nice pans at a nice price. For baking I will use these every time. I Have used this inexpensive bakeware for years. Never had a problem with it.
