Like every piece in the Berndes Stainless cookware line, the Pasta Insert is crafted of solid 18/10 stainless steel that won t rust and scratch. The Pasta Insert has fine holes that drain liquid without letting slender spaghetti or angel hair noodles escape. A one-inch lip rests on the edge of the pot and makes draining and rinsing easy.
