5 out of 5 stars Great!   December 27, 2008
I don't use this product very often but when I do I am guaranteed to get great corn sticks every time! When you use it make sure you use plenty of oil and that the pan is properly heated.

5 out of 5 stars Slick non-stick cast iron   November 18, 2008
These cornstick pans make very nice crispy cornsticks when preheated and lightly oiled. I didn't have any sticking problems. Love the preseasoning.

5 out of 5 stars Cornstick Pan   October 6, 2008
I love this pan. You can just pop them in your mouth no muss, no fuss. My husband who isnt a fan of cornbread, even loves them. I just make sure the oven is preheated, and my pan is sprayed well and I am good to go. I never have issues with sticking. Cast iron is wonderful for baking anything.

I HAVE USED THESE BEFORE WHEN I LIVED IN TEXAS. I HAD TO LEAVE MINE. AND WHEN I FOUND THESE I HAD TO GET THEM. I LOVE THE LITTLE EARS OF CORN THEY MAKE. I FORGOT HOW TO USE THEM SOME OF THEM STUCK BUT I REMEMBERED YOU HAVE TO OIL THEM AND THEN PUT THEM IN THE OVEN TO PREHEAT AND THEN TAKE THEM OUT THEN PUT THE CORN MEAL IN . I PUT MINE IN A ZIPLOC BAG AND CUT THE CORNER SO IT WASN'T MESSY AND IT WAS SO EASY TO REAL FILL THEM WHEN THEY CAME OUT OF THE OVEN.

4 out of 5 stars Great cornbread   January 7, 2008
Makes great corn bread, nice crisp outside. You have to remember to spray with Pam or you'll have a real mess.
