Great little dish for a Family of One or Two May 31, 2008

This little dish is a beautiful color. Almost too pretty to use. I use mine for everything. Those wonderful frozen biscuits and cinnamon rolls, to mac & cheese or any other casserole. If you're not fond of leftovers this is the dish for you. It's also wonderful in the microwave for heating up left overs or just melting butter for a recipe. I don't think anyone would be sorry unless they're like me and only ordered one.

I can't tell you how much I like this line of CorningWare. I have several pieces of this RUBY cookware. The color is a perfect red, each time I use this, it makes me smile. The product is easy to clean, bakes/cooks food evenly, and is a pleasing serving dish that is sure to bring a smile to the table.
