This Switch 3 oval baking dish not only bakes casseroles and roasts a leg of lamb evenly and efficiently, but serves at the table beautifully. Made of extremely durable CeramicPlus fine china, the dish can go directly from the refrigerator into a pre-heated oven, eliminating the need to adjust cooking times for a slow oven warm-up. This large-size dish is also ideal for Thanksgiving stuffing or candied yams, which can be made the day before and popped into the hot oven for reheating right after the turkey is taken out. Smoothly glazed inside and out, the oval baker measures 15-1/4 by 8 inches and features a generous rim that elongates into handles at each end. Blue leaves gracefully decorate the inside, while a thin green band trims the rim.
