Wow as amuateur gourmet cook I am not sure how i lived without one of these. Its easy to use, clean and allows for sauce making like I never dreamed.
 Great Service, but defective item January 12, 2008

The items was defective. It appeared to us to have a very, very thin stainless steel layer in the bottom of the pan (where the food goes) that just flaked off.
The seller was great to work with and gave a full refund after they were unable to provide a replacement. We really apprecaite this supplier.
