My favorite pan. Rounded bottom design makes it easy to use with wire whisk. Great for sauces. Good quality stainless with glass lid and heavy aluminum bottom. Heats quickly and holds constant heat much better than lighter weight pans. Comfortable heavy SS handle stays cool. Dishwasher safe-stands up to anything.

These calphalon pans are outstanding - cooking quality and cleanup. And, if you read the instructions carefully, it is the HARD ANONIZED pan cannot go in the dishwasher without voiding the warranty.

I purchased this product in a retail store. The packaging clearly states it is dishwasher safe. Then after you unpack it, and read that if you put it in the dishwasher you void the ten year warranty! Do not make the same mistake I did, avoid this product.
