Small Pan October 27, 2008 Pros: ~small pan, good for making eggs, fry small vegetables and stuff. ~glass encasing allows visual inspection.
Cons: ~small pan, you can't cook for more than 2 people and am not sure if this would be sufficient for everyday cooking at dinner. ~expensive at $49.99
If you are looking to cook for more people, you need to buy a bigger pan.
Small but sufficient June 12, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This is a small shallow pan for quick jobs. Very attractive looking in the kitchen. Excellent quality and easy to clean.
Perfect pot December 28, 2007 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Great for eggs, alfredo sauce, etc. The contemporary stainless products are a real joy to work with.
Almost Great November 7, 2007 Do not confuse with higher grades of stainless from Calphalon, but, for the price, I'm very happy with this for certain uses. The larger flat bottom will brown more items than the anodized model, but, items will not sear as deeply. The lid, when inverted, does not nest flat on the pan, (note handle shape) Plenty of surface area and volume for a quick "one pan" supper. I do like the pan for it's ease of dishwasher cleanup, but did NOT give away the anodized as I'd thought.
wow October 13, 2007 Great pan. Just fried eggs and the pan heated up quickly. When the eggs were done I just wiped clean with scott towel. Buy it now, not the cheap stuff.
