I can cook up 4 pancakes at a time... or a couple of pancakes, scambled eggs, and some bacon or sausage all at the same time! Cooks evenly, nothing sticks, and it works great with our new stove's 12 inch radiant glass burner. I had always used a square griddle pan for pancakes in the past, I wasn't sure if a round one could cook four or five panckaes... we are so happy it can. The best past? It cleans up EXTREMELY easy! I may need to purchase more of these as gifts. Happy Cooking!
Perfect griddle for just about anything October 18, 2008
For the price you can't go wrong with this griddle. The handle is very sturdy in my opinion, and is a breeze to clean. French toast, grilled cheese, pancakes are a snap with little or no cooking oil spray to use. Bottom surface is solid, and allows for even heating. Hopefully will purchase a set to match soon!
 Handle broke after two weeks of use October 6, 2008

Like mentioned in the title, I had this pan for two weeks before the handle broke. All I did was lift the pan, and there wasn't that much weight in it. Amazon did send me a replacement, and I hope this one holds up well. The pan itself works nicely. When it says you don't have to use oil, you really don't have to use oil. It's amazing.

A great addition to the Circulon set I already have, some things are easier to cook with without a lip.

I'm a fan of large pans with non-stick surfaces, and this one sure has to rank right up there with the best of them. It's nice and wide and terrific for making pancakes, multiple grilled-cheese sandwiches, omelets, and other foods that require a large surface. Hand-washing the pan is a snap. A couple of swipes with a soft sponge and some dishwashing liquid and it's done. You bet I'd buy this one again.
