This BWF1500 replacement evaporative wick filter traps water-borne impurities and features an antimicrobial barrier by Microban that inhibits mold, mildew, and bacteria growth inside the humidifier. The stretchy, circular filter measures 7-3/4 inches wide by 32 inches in diameter, and fits Bionaire console models W12, W14, and W15. The filter should be replaced every 4 to 8 weeks, or as necessary depending upon water quality. --Ann Bieri

I placed my order with True Value and it took 13 days for delivery of a wrong, lesser-priced item. My email (forwarded by Amazon) was answered promptly with a promise to email me a prepaid, return shipping label for a full refund. 20 days later, I emailed True Value a second time, resulting in a prompt email of the promised return label. Six days after FedEx delivered the return, my account was credited. Elapsed time ... 48 days.
