3 out of 5 stars Not perfect, but it does the job   December 4, 2008
I chose this bluetooth portable speaker because I wanted something small and I wanted to move it easily from car to car. Mission accomplished. It's a very simple device to use and it easily pairs with both my Motorola and Nokia phones. The voume is great -- I never have a problem hearing people. When I ask how I sound, the reply I get most often is "OK." That's good enough for me. I figure the sound quality on a landline speaker phone isn't that great, so why would a cell phone be any better.

Now for the bad news: certain remote control devices cause the speaker to dial my phone. Sometimes it dials the last person I was talking to and sometimes it just randomly picks someone from my phonebook. I've had this happen when using the garage door opener and the remote keyless entry for the car. It's unpredictable and only happens occasionally. So now I turn the speaker off as I'm reaching my destination. This is fairly inconvenient because the power button is very small and located at the tip of the device, making it awkward to push. If there wasn't a law in California requiring hands-free, I wouldn't use this product.

This is a great hands free bluetooth speaker. The speaker is very clear and conversations are easily understandable.

4 out of 5 stars Good But Not Perfect   November 18, 2008
So easy to set up. I did it in 30 seconds with my Blackberry. GOOD NEWS: the Blackberry charger works with the T305 so if you have a BB you can charge it with that at the office during the day. The sound is great. The ONLY issue is the flashing blue light - what idiot came up with that? I used black tape to mostly cover the light. I don't understand the reviews of bad sound because mine sounds great. But for the flashing blue light, it would be a 5-star for sure.

3 out of 5 stars Not as handy as I thought it would be.   November 16, 2008

I thought I would use it a lot more but I just feel rude talking to people on it and revert back to my ear bud or even the phone. It dose come in handy if you are on hold but other than that I never use it

1 out of 5 stars Very unsatisfied   November 8, 2008

This product has not worked for me as no one can hear me well at all. Everyone who I speak with on it, without exception, has said it I sound faint and garbled like I am under water. It is fully charged and clipped to my visor, I have even held the device in my hand. I drive a 96 Ford Ranger pickup for your reference as to how far the visor might be from me. I have since purchased a Jabra speaker and it works wonderfully, and I have not had one complaint. I don't recommend this unit at all.
