If you're looking for a shower gel without sodium laureth sulfate, and want one that also smells good - this is a perfect match. The lavender is a true lavender smell, not synthetic, and it's calming, but not overpowering. It works equally well in helping me sleep if I've had a stressful day, or to ease me into my day if I know it'll be a busy/stressful day at work. This shower gel is one of those environmentally friendly products that actually works well!
