I love these bars! August 18, 2008
A friend introduced me to Kind bars last winter. I have tried quite a few of the varieties and like nearly every one. These nut bars are very satisfying. I am dieting (24 lbs. in less than 3 1/2 months), but even at 200 calories a bar, I can fit one in every few days and not feel the slightest bit guilty. Amazon is the best place I know of to buy these. You get a better price than any store I've seen (unless you can catch the bars on a really good sale), plus no tax (or shipping, if you buy 2 boxes :) You can even set up interval shipments for an even lower cost, but I'm not quite ready for that. As I recall, though, I did have to go to a different website to get the nutrition information I needed. Look these bars up - you'll be impressed with what they contain (and don't contain), plus you'll be helping the charity they help fund.

Good healthy snack, tasty & filling, but not too sweet. Very convenient to put in a pocket or purse. Good for those on a gluten-free diet.

I sent these to my son who's in his 20's and he thought they were great. A healthy alternative for a snack in a lunch. Easy to pack and take.

I really like this brand, they are tasty and a bit more healthy than a plain candy bar.
