I love these.They are the perfect pick me up to keep in your bag.All healthy and natural. At 180 calories its a perfect meal with a piece of fruit.

I tasted a KIND bar for the 1st time while traveling to AZ. I loved it so much I saved the wrapper in my luggage. When I returned home, I looked it up on Amazon and ordered some. They arrived today HARD AS A ROCK. These are supposed to be chewy not brittle. I contacted PeaceWorks and they confirmed the bars might be bad. Amazon will not accept a return on food items. SO, Buyer Beware! Consider getting from another source. IF I am wrong and the bars are supposed to be this brittle, then I stand behind my low rating because I can't eat these.

I love all of the Kind fruit and nut bars. They taste so much better than virtually any other "health" candy/energy bar on the market in part because you can taste (and recognize!) nearly all of the ingredients as you eat the bars. I keep one in my bag just in case I get hungry and I'm never tempted to buy fast food. As a bonus they donate part of their profits to OneVoice (supports moderates against extremism in the Middle East). What's not to like?
I'm only sad that amazon doesn't also offer the almond and apricot (also with coconut) as part of their subscription grocery program. I'd have to sign up for monthly delivery if they did!

...and low glycemic. I tried one of these yesterday at a friend's, and it's absolutely delicious!! Gentle and full of flavor...plus does good work with peace groups in the process. I am going to be trying the other kinds and buying a few cases here at Amazon to have on hand for snacks...missed lunches....and for when I'm travelling. Really tasty, and a good helper food for those who may be transitioning more toward raw and healthy foods. Did not disappoint at all!
Two notes: I am hypoglycemic and did not have any trouble with this bar. Also, it is whole-nut, so if you have loose teeth or dentures, eat with care. Bon apetit!
