Best tasting November 20, 2008
The Tinkyada brand pasta is wonderful. I have a child who has to be gluten-free and pasta was a big part of our life before she was diagnosed. We tried several different brands, but found Tinkyada to be the best. We all eat it, and we all love it. The consistency is great too.

Not only does this pasta not get mushy when cooked a minute or three too long, but it holds up! I make baked mac and cheese that requires lots of stirring and most gf pastas break up and fall to pieces, but this pasta holds up to all the harassment. I really enjoy all the Tinkyada pastas, but this is the one I buy the most of!
Must have for any GF/CF kitchen!
Best gluten free pasta August 26, 2008
I've tried almost all of the gluten-free pastas, and Tinkyada is simply the best. And I've had others who can eat wheat-based pasta say they couldn't tell it wasn't. What else is there to say? Oh yes - Amazon's prices for this and other gluten-free products are outstanding (far better than the gouging prices charged by big grocery-store chains, and even on-line stores that cater to gluten-free diets).

A great alternative to rice for an allergy child. Better than many of the other rice pastas out there. Macaroni seems to be the easiest to pick up. The rest is a mess.

This pasta is great for people with Celiac. I think the taste is great and when you miss your pasta, this is a great subsitute. It does take longer to cook and is better when rinsed in hot water before serving. Does not go mushy like other brands.
