I think this is a great little invention they have here. All you do is add some cold water, then pour it on to a griddle and you have some yummy pancakes. Who could ask for something more simple than that. I do agree with the other review that says this would be good for camping (i think it would be fantastic actually), and i agree as well this size only serves 2-3 people. If you want to serve a family however, just get the bigger size of these. We like them, and we think they taste very good as well!

I just wanted simple pancake mix from a brand I recognized. However, this product was more packaging than mix. The S&P stands for "shake and pour", which means sturdy plastic containers with a little powdered mix at the bottom. Probably great for camping, I suppose. But each container doesn't contain much, and I have to pull out 3-4 containers to serve my family on a Sunday morning. Won't purchase again.
