 THE Best (with recipe suggestion) December 2, 2008
This brand (apparently owned by the same company that makes the 'Glutino' brand), is absolutely the best that I've tried. There is no strange aftertaste like some other brands.
Here's my suggestion that makes these pancakes even better:
When you are mixing, add in about a teaspoon of 'Pumpkin Pie Spice', and another teaspoon or so of vanilla. YUUUMMMMM!!
My daughter is sensitive to wheat and this is her favorite food! Even if/when she grows out of this sensitivity, I'll continue to make these panckaes - They're DELICIOUS!!!

I have been trying to find a gluten free product that tastes good. This taste so good that my family did not guess that it was gluten free. Unbelievable !! but true.

This product is a blessing for our child who is allergic to wheat. The pancakes taste delicious. Our kid's also allergic to egg, so we use Ener-G egg replacer and the pancakes are perfect.
Thank God for the Gluten-Free pantry!

Awesome product, easy to use and very tasty. Even our kids love pancakes made with this mix! And who could tell they were gluten free? Not a single family member!
