5 out of 5 stars Ener-G Tapioca Hamburger Buns   May 2, 2008
When I discovered these rolls I no longer felt deprived of wheat; however, you MUST toast them first. Both the taste and texture changes when you slice these in half and toast them. You can then butter and eat them warm, or let them cool and make a great tasting sandwich.

3 out of 5 stars ener-g tapioca hamburger buns   February 8, 2008
I first ate these buns in Disney World. They served them everywhere to anyone who needed gluten-free bread. They are low in calories and do not have that awful taste usually present in white rice breads. While I know there are tastier gluten-free breads, I rely on these because they are acceptable and low in calories. Mary Ann

5 out of 5 stars What you want in a roll   September 13, 2007
I really like these rolls because it is the FILLING that is important to me. I find that most GF breads/rolls have a strong taste that detracts from the taste of the filling. This product has a very light taste, meaning I can enjoy it with anything including butter and honey, or with a turkey pattie and salad.
The texture is great (for GF) especially when lightly toasted and it doesn't crumble at all (miracle!)

1 out of 5 stars Tapioca hamburger buns   June 2, 2007
I was really disappointed when I tried the hamburger buns. No matter what I did with them, including heating them in the microwave with a damp paper towel, they were hard to chew and swallow and did not taste anything remotely close to a hamburger bun. This is one item I would not recommend to any one.

5 out of 5 stars Easy Gluten Free Rolls   March 16, 2007
I tried alot of Gluten Free rolls for my 11 yr old son and these are the ones that he loves to eat. They last about a week or so in the refrigerator and you can freshen them up by popping them in the microwave for about 10-15 seceonds. A great product for all those that require gluten free. We like the hot dog rolls and bread too. It's great that Amazon has them now
