 Not bad if you're trying to lose weight August 12, 2008
Tastes decent and the vegetables and broth is not bad. However, why go for a 200 calorie soup unless you're fat? Two of these bowls @ 400 calories will satisfy my hunger mainly due to volume to give you the psychological satiation you need to get to lose bodyfat.

Bought this product on Amazon with Con Agra special. $1.38/container. Really good tasting quick to prepare lunch. Just put it in Microwave & it's ready. Entire container has only 160 calories. Great along with bread. I prefer to add little salt & pepper, since I find it little low in sodium. Would like to see more of these.

The first time I ate it, I didn't realize that the beans sunk to the very bottom, so when I was almost done all I had left were a bunch of beans. From then on I made sure to stir it up occasionally and really enjoyed the mixture of vegetables.
